1. Grinding
Run in is the foundation for extending the service life of diesel generators. Whether it is a new engine or a overhauled engine, it must be run in according to regulations before it can be put into normal operation.
2. Feet
If there is sufficient oil, water, and air supply to the generator set, insufficient or interrupted oil supply can cause poor lubrication of the engine, severe wear of the body, and even tile burning; If the coolant is insufficient, it will cause the generator set to overheat, reduce power, intensify wear, and shorten its service life; If the air supply is not timely or interrupted, there will be difficulties in starting, poor combustion, decreased power, and the engine cannot operate normally.

Clean oil, clean water, clean air, and clean engine body. 5. Inspection

6. Use
Correct use of diesel generators. Before use, all lubricated parts such as shafts and tiles should be lubricated. After starting, the power generation should be resumed when the water temperature is above 40 ℃. Long term overloading or low-speed work is strictly prohibited. Before shutting down, the load should be unloaded to reduce the speed. After parking in winter, wait until the water temperature drops to 50 ℃ before draining the cooling water (except for engines that have been filled with antifreeze). It is important to maintain the engine regularly to keep the machine running in good condition. Be diligent in observation and inspection, identify faults, and promptly troubleshoot them.
Never operate under overload or ultra-low load. The appropriate load operation should be at 80% load of the generator set, which is reasonable.
